How long will I have to wait for my appointment?
The time will vary, depending on what you would like to get, and the artist you choose. Some of our artists book up very fast, especially on weekends, so it is best to call and try and get on their schedule as soon as possible.
Do you do cover-up tattoos?
Yes, if the tattoo is able to be covered up. In order to determine if your tattoo can be covered up we will need to first see it, so you will need to stop by the studio. Typically, cover-up tattoos need to be at least 2 times the size of the existing tattoo, and color covers better than black and gray. Our artists will work with you to understand your ideas and make suggestions on what might work best.
Can I bring a friend/spouse/family member?
Yes, absolutely! We understand getting a new tattoo is an exciting experience you may want to share. We do ask, however, that you show consideration for our artists by not crowding them, as their working space is limited. An artists' space may accommodate 2-3 people, but is not designed for a large group of people.
Can I bring my child into the studio?
We are a family friendly studio with no age requirement to enter.
How old do you have to be to get tattooed?
You must be 18 years old with a valid I.D. to get tattooed.
Should I tip my tattoo artist?
Tipping is greatly appreciated and a common practice. It is a great way to show your artist you are well pleased with your new tattoo. There is no set amount, you can tip whatever you feel comfortable with.
